Final Week!!

I must say that I have learned a-lot this term. I have learned so much not from the class itself but from my classmates as well . It has been a wonderfull experience. But for this week's blog...What advice would you now give to someone writing his/her first scientific paper?

My advice would be to never give up! Always shot for your dreams an goals. Listen to people around you an there advice. Always have others help you an look over your work for mistakes that are eaily missed by our self. An Use resources to help guide you if your unsure on how to do things. Always use what you have. Necer give up an there is always room for improvement so always try to improve in some way. An Give your best dont just do what needs to be done to get by. Never be afraid to ask questions an ask for help. Its always valauable to use other individuals advice an opinion because we all think differentily an have different out looks. How I feel about my paper!!

Good Evening Class an Professor,

It's hard to believe our final paper is almost ready to be turned in. I'm not sure about anyone else but when I have something like this due I get a little nervous an over think. I have been looking at my paper taking information out an adding an even moving around information. I feel as if my paper is okay but I feel it could be better an use more improvment. So i'm doing all I can to make sure its up to standards before the dur date. I'm hoping all goes well an I come out happy an feeling good about my paper. Good Luck to everyone an I hope your papers all come together. I will alwasy be nervous an feel like its not up to standards untill I get my grade an then I calm down an can relize what I have done to deserve my grade.

Unit 8 Blog!

Class an Professor,
It is hard to believe we are almost done with another term here at Kaplan. But I must say it has been one great experience. I have had lot's of help an meet lot's of great people.

So for my post this week I'm going to talk about : How do you feel about the comments, or lack of comments, that have been made to your blog posts?

For me I have loved all the comments an it has been wonderful talking to everyone. I have loved enteracting with everyone an learning about others views an there input on the same subject. It has really made me open my eyes an elibrate more to people to give them my own insight. Blogging a nour discussion boards has really open my eyes an give me a new view on how to communicate with others. I have always had comments an never a lack of comments since I have been here. I have really enoyed it an plan on keeping up with it after our classes. I hope everyone has enjoyed it an an keeps up with it after classes.

Unit 7 BLog !!

For this weeks discussion I'm going to explain the following questions: How do you feel about peer reviews? What have your experiences with them been like?
From my personal view I like haveing peer reviews. I think they are a great helping as well as learning tool. Theses reviews have been a really helpfull tool for me since I have been writting papers. I have always had a 2nd or 3rd person look over my paper to give my there insight or review . An from the reviews I always better my paper an makes it more understanding to the audience. However, my experiences with the reviews have been very good, an overall helpfull. I have always had good outcomes from my reviews an they have always been things I have not noticed or have missed my mistake. It has always been to my benifit to use what others have told me to better my paper for myself an audience. I will always use peer review an will always use it to my advantage when others an classmates give me insight an helpfull tips.

My past 6 weeks!

Professor an Class,
I must say that it has been an up an down past 6 weeks for myself. I have been working my tail off it seems because were planning a 3 week trip home over christmas break. I have also been keeping up with my acadmeics an making sure there not being left behind. I also am being a wife an doing the house work an things that need to be done around here , as well as care for our 3 dogs we have. There spoiled rotten. :) However, I have been getting everything completed for my clinicals in November, an getting my CPR training. My husband an I are also trying to become pregnant an not having the best of luck so were going to doctors an speciallist to get some help. So it has been a busy time for all of us I'm sure. But I'm loving every minute of it because I know in the end it will all have paid off an I can say
"I Did It" an be proud. Other thsn all of that fun It has been an easy relaxing life an enjoying our self.

For todays Blog I'm going to say personaly how school has influenced me up to this point in my life. I must say that It has had a great deal of influence on my life an Im so greatfull. One thing Online an college has tought me is more responsibilty. I say this because with online your not set a certain time to get on an due you work you just have a week to get the assigments complete. An it is your responsibilty to log in an complete it accordling. It has also tought me to never give up that you can do anything you want as long as you set you mind to it. Just always give your best an be proud of yourself. Therfore, I have learned how to decidted my time to school when I'm workingo n my work an not worrry about whats going on around me. I must stay focused an give my best. An Dont be afraid to ask questions if you get in trouble or have any questions. Speaking up can always help you an be more benificial to you . I have learned many organization skills an priotrizing whats firat an to whats last. I have always been one to let school go an just do what I need to do but Now I take more time an put more effort into my assignments an school work to make sure I can do my besy an feel good with myself .

Good Day Professor an Classmates,
This week I'm going to say How I would feel if someone used my work but at the end didn't give me credit for it. To be honest I would feel a little let down an used by the writer or author of the person giving the details. I myself used to not give credit like I should to the people who deserve it. So I know what it means an how important it is to make sure everyone gets there glory they deserve even though we use there information. However, if we put all your time an effort into a project or research an thne someone just came an used the information you came up with an designed but didn't give you credit we would feel betrayed an used. So I do feel it is important to make sure we give credit where it is do an do it right! Hope you all agree an Enjoy my post!

Welcome Class an Professor,
For this blog I'm going to talk about what it's like to be an online student. Being a online student is very much the same as going to a regular campus. But on the other hand it doose have it's differnces. For me I was a little nervous to begin classes online because I had always been in a regular class an school never online but when I moved away to Arizona with my husband It was the best option for me. However it has been a great learning experience for me. I was a little nervous because I am a vry visual learner an with online I thought I wouldn't get that. But man was I wrong. Everything about online classes is very unique an a great experience. You as a student are offered so many learning tools, an have so many people to talk to you if you have any questions or issuses with anything . Your teachers are always there not matter what the cause may be. An even though we dont get to see one another or be in a classroom we are still a close class that communicates. One thing I would say is DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS!!! Cause if you ask they always lead you in the right direction, but if you dont ask you will never know. So always be aware of what your offered an give your all to school an make sure you get it done. Becasue the one the thing about online classes is that they are flexable so you can work around your own scheldule but you must make sure that you still do your school work an dont out it off.
